Check out the improvement in Doc Dave’s teeth.
He has before and after pictures in this video.
You won’t hear about this from your dentist. This kind of information might put him out of business.
Dave’s teeth are noticeably whiter after just a short time.
Oil pulling helps to cleanse and detoxify the teeth and gums. It is great for overall oral health. It is said to pull bacteria, fungus, other organisms and toxins out of the mouth. There are countless testimonials online from people having a positive experience with oil pulling. The health of the teeth and gums can impact many areas of the body.
Oil pulling started in India thousands of years ago as an ancient Ayurvedic practice..Ayurveda is traditional Indian medicine. It was introduced in the U.S. a few decades ago.
Here is how to do oil pulling
The best oil to use is coconut. Olive oil and sesame oil are good too. Take 1-2 teaspoons of oil and swish in your mouth, do not swallow. Best practice is to keep the oil in the mouth for up to 20 minutes. This is the ideal amount of time for oil pulling. Swoosh it around several times during this time. If you don’t have 20 minutes, then just do the best you can, you may still derive some benefit. At the end of 20 minutes, spit the oil out into the garbage can.
Oil pulling is incredibly easy to do. You can see me doing it live on camera in this video. Of course, I don’t do it for the full 20 minutes, but you will get the idea of how it’s done.
I took a before picture also and will post before and after pics in a couple of weeks so you can see if there was an improvement in teeth whiteness, gum health and the overall health of my teeth. I would be curious to find out how it affects breath odor as well.
