Bitter Greens

This salad has red veined sorrel and dandelion greens. These grow easily and abundantly in many places. Don’t kill those dandelions growing in your back yard! Eat em instead. Just make sure they aren’t sprayed with chemicals.

Edible Flower Delight

  • Violas – Love the yellow and purple color
  • Dianthus – Easy to grow edible flower. Deadhead to keep it blooming
  • Borage – Blue and White flowers
  • Cilantro Flowers – Leave your cilantro plants in the ground and produce tasty white flowers
  • Mustard Flowers – Let the mustard go seed and experience the yellow flowers
  • Pansies – one of the more colorful edible flowers
