Eating<a href=\"http:\/\/realenergy.us\/alkaline-ph-balance\/131-top-10-alkaline-foods\"> better quality foods<\/a> (lots of organic fruits and vegetables, healthy fats) is my preferred method. Also taking good care of the liver.<\/p>\n<h4>Get that Cortisol Down<\/h4>\n<p>Stress causes cortisol in the body. This can lead to adrenal fatigue and\u00a0 a poor dhea to cortisol ratio.
