Learning to do deep breathing is always a good idea. So many folks in our world today breathe very shallow.<\/p>\n<p>Most runners seem to be subject to the same group of tight leg muscles.<\/p>\n<p>She recommends stretching after running instead of before which makes sense to me. The muscles will be more warmed up, and more conducive to a good stretch.
