Detoxification or cleansing the inner body, has become more popular lately.

Different Strokes, Different Folks

Detoxing can mean different things to different people. There are many ways to detox. Dr Haas mentions 3 different possibilities:

  • Eating 3 meals a day - focusing on the quality and quantity of food.
  • Smoothies
  • Juicing

This allows a range of adaptability to a person's situation and lifestyle.

The list of benefits Dr. Haas gives sounds good to me, feeling less inflamed, reduced congestion and improved flexibility. It is truly wonderful to be clean on the inside, I have expereinced it firsthand myself. That's why I continue to practice periodic detox cleanses. Learn more here >>>
