Zeolites can attract and trap viral particles. They can't trap an entire virus all at once.

Viral assembly process

When a virus replicates, an number of viral pieces or particles are created. Then assembly takes place.
If the zeolite traps some of the viral particles, viral assembly is incomplete. This creates a non-viable virus.

Zeolites and pH

Zeolites are great for balancing pH in the body. When the pH of the body is balanced, bacteria and viruses don't do so well. A pH balanced body is a healthier body and can do a better job of fending off attacks by germs.
